Returns


 Thank you for shopping with Hana & Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. 


To start a return please email us at Hana@hana-and-co.comOn the subject line, please put your order number. Please add what item you would like to return, and reason for your return. 


Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All tags must be attached to the items. 
  •  Returns are accepted only within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Once you initiated your return, you will receive an email from us with a Return label which MUST be scanned within 3 days after receiving it. Any returns postmarked after 5 days of the date your order was delivered will not be processed.
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. 
  • Any returns of four or more items will incur a $10 USD restocking fee.
  • All items with a markdown of 20% and above, are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of arriving at our facility. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
  • Due to the high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges. You may issue a return, and order the item you wish for in a new size/color.
  • PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE RETURN AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!


Items not meeting these conditions cannot be returned. Please take care when packing your items. If we receive a return in a condition that's unacceptable, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
